Amin Haque Solicitors have an opening for a Call Centre Advisor to join the First Response Team.
We’re looking for a self-driven, professional and ambitious call centre sales advisor who is able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative. The ideal candidate must possess great interpersonal skills with a key focus on delivering great customer service, every customer, every time. The ideal candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines and be self-driven.
The vacancy is suitable for ambitious, professional and customer focused individuals with a strong work ethic. Experience of dealing with sales enquiries and the ability to build a rapport with customers is essential. Full product training will be provided.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responding to initial sales enquiries from customers across our range of products and services.
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
- No cold calling.
- Qualifying leads and assisting the client’s journey through to conversion.
- Providing an excellent customer experience and upholding our ethos of integrity - do the right thing, even when no one is watching!
- Working towards both individual and team targets
- Providing great customer service, each and every time.
- Maintain client records and contact information, via our Case Management / CRM Systems
- Dealing with clients and keeping clients updated from initial enquiry to conversion.
- Meet your relevant KPIs.
- Make sure you handle objections effectively.
- Take responsibility of the sales cycle from initial contact to conversion.
The successful candidate must have:
- Sales experience
- Have excellent communication skills
- The ability to maintain professional conduct at all times
- Great time-management skills
- A flexible approach to work
- Excellent computer skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance
- Be educated to GCSE standard in Maths and English

What you will receive:
- Basic salary starting at £18,000 (subject to experience) + bonuses.

This is a full-time, permanent position, 9:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
