Landlord and Tenant Prices & Packages
At Amin Haque Solicitors we are transparent with our pricing. Where possible we provide a fixed fee service so that you know exactly what you are required to pay. This provides complete peace of mind and helps you budget for your legal matter.
Our fixed fee prices are listed below. Where we are unable to deal with your matter on a fixed fee, then our standard hourly rate will apply.
The applicable hourly rate is subject to the area of law and the experience and qualification of the person dealing with your case.
For family law cases, our standard hourly rates are:
Notice Fees

| Additional tenant (per tenant) | £90 | — |
Notice fees are non-refundable. You are paying for our time reviewing your documents and advising you — not the outcome. If you do not qualify to serve a notice, the fee is still payable and you will receive our written advice on what steps to take.

| Section 3 / Section 48 Notice | £90.00 (£75 plus VAT) | |
| Recorded Delivery | £25.00 plus VAT | |
| Cancellation fees | £350 plus VAT review fee if full package for court proceedings. £90.00 for notice only. | |
| If taking full package, then no refunds if tenant leaves early. | ||
| Any work not part of the fixed fee will be charged at £177.00 plus VAT (£212.50.) | ||
