PROBLEM TENANTS?
A problem tenant who is not paying rent or causing damage to your property or using your property for illegal purposes can be stressful and costly. If you want your property back from your tenant for non-payment of rent or for any other reason and you have been unable to persuade them to leave voluntarily then you are likely need a Possession Order from the Court to take your property back.
In order to start the eviction process you need to serve the relevant notice on your tenant and give them a deadline to leave your property. If your tenant does not leave by the deadline stated in the notice, you will need to start Court action to evict your tenant.
The Court Order will provide a date by which they must leave. If your tenant does not comply with the Possession Order then you can instruct a Bailiff or a High Court Enforcement Officer to evict your tenant from your property.

NO WIN NO FEE
In a 'no win, no fee' agreement  you only pay Amin Haque Solicitors if you, the landlord is successful in the claim. In some cases you, the landlord may be able to recover your costs in whole or part from the losing party i.e. your tenant. If you are unable to recover your costs from the tenant, you are still liable to pay our fees, fixed at £770 plus VAT. You must also pay the relevant Court Fees and Bailiff Fees if applicable.
If your claim fails, you will not have to pay Amin Haque Solicitors but you may have to pay the costs of the successful party - your tenant.
For a 'no win, no fee' arrangement you will enter into a contract with Amin Haque Solicitors. For good practice and transparency the contract will also set out the fee structure. You will be able to cancel the contract within 14 days, unless you waive your right to do so. If you wish to cancel the contract within the 14 days then there are no penalties or money due to Amin Haque Solicitors for any work done. We do not charge any additional success fee.
