At Amin Haque Solicitors we are transparent with our pricing. Where possible we provide a fixed fee service so that you know exactly what you are required to pay. This provides complete peace of mind and helps you budget for your legal matter.
Our fixed fee prices are listed below. Where we are unable to deal with your matter on a fixed fee, then our standard hourly rate will apply.
The applicable hourly rate is subject to the area of law and the experience and qualification of the person dealing with your case.
All prices are excluding VAT.
For family law cases, our standard hourly rates are:
Solicitors and legal executives with over 8 years’ experience | £255 |
Solicitors and legal executives with over 4 years’ experience | £218 |
Other solicitors or legal executives and fee earners of equivalent experience | £177 |
Trainee solicitors, paralegals and other fee earners | £126 |
